$189 per night.
Two night stay minimum.

An additional cleaning charge of $35,
9.2% tax, plus online booking fees will be applied.

The Mermaid Cottage includes a cozy queen-size bed, a beautiful artistic shower,
TV/DVD, a small refrigerator, two-burner stove on a granite counter-top,
and a French press with enough fresh ground organic coffee and tea for your morning wake up!
The Mermaid Cottage sleeps 1-2 adults.
Due to the unique nature of the building, no young children.
When available, we will provide the makings of a breakfast of oatmeal and fixings,
as well as fresh eggs from our chickens!
Outside, guests will find a patio area with a table and chairs, as well as an adult-sized swing set!
Smoking of all types is allowed outdoors only, please!)
We do allow well-behaved pets for $15.00 per pet, per night.
We have many other animals on our Angel Rock Ranch!
This will be at your own risk and responsibility.
Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring your pet!

Take a left on 33 Rd. Go 6 miles.
Note: At 2.5 miles you will enter Saguache County;
The road changes to A38. The speed limit on this Road is 45 mph!
Look for signs: “Old Woman’s Creek” “Natural Arch” & "660".
Take a left at A32-Go 2.9 miles.
Take a right at “Boulders Edge”.
Take a left into the first driveway...
Heading up the driveway take the 1st left which will curve around to the left.

The Mermaid Cottage was nothing less than magical.
This small, clean, artistically crafted gem, offered serenity and breathtaking landscapes.
For hours we watched the most vivid view of the Milky Way and, the brightest shooting stars that I’ve ever seen.
We were woken up by two super friendly ponies. This experience was nothing short of perfect and, everyone should know this feeling.
The cottage is located on the Summer Coon Volcano, an eroded stratovolcano in the San Jan volcanic field (Del Norte, CO).
When I learned this it was clear to me why I felt so balanced there.

This cute little cottage was built from standing dead cottonwood
that came from our girlfriend's buffalo ranch.
Wine and beer bottles from the Peace of Art Cafe and friends
were recycled by becoming part of the walls.
The furnishings are antique; the sweet black porcelain sink was
Found in a second-hand store by a friend and we gave it a new life by embedding it into a vintage vanity.
The sliding glass door was saved from going to the landfill.
All the windows were samples that no longer served a purpose.
Also, the large wooden beams were locally milled!
